How to Raise a Complaint with Writehis Remodeling

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Writehis Remodeling to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Writehis Remodeling
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work, and customer service. If a remodeling job goes wrong, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you both said.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Know the limits, though. Writehis Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@writehis.living. Please include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We will email you to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
